At the Hotel Eder three rooms (category lifestyle) have a connecting door. And there is a studio with connection door and a french bed as well. In the adults only Hotel SEPP we don’t have rooms with connecting doors.

Our prices vary depending on the season, day of the week, and on supply and demand.

In both of our houses dogs are welcome in all room categories. In both houses the restaurant and spa zone are off limits to dogs. The additional costs are 15 euros per night and dog (excluding food). Please let us know in advance if you bring your four-legged friend.

There are four free parking spaces and an own charger for E-cars at Hotel Eder as well as free public parking spaces close by. At Hotel SEPP there is an underground parking lot with 18 parking spaces, which costs 15 euros a day and. The outdoor parking spaces at the front and back of the hotel are free.

If you tell us about any intolerances you have when you make the booking, then we’ll definitely act accordingly.

We supply you with fluffy towels as well as soft bathrobes for your stay with us. If you like them a lot, you can also purchase them at our hotels.

Hotel SEPP has an infinity pool with thermal water and spectacular views of the alpine backdrop of the Stone Sea. The pool is open in the summer and winter from 7am to 22pm and longer on special occasions. The 26-meter pool at Hotel Eder has an outdoor and an indoor area. Outside, the pool is open from 7am to 8pm. Inside you can swim around the clock.

Cancellations are only valid in writing. You will then receive a cancellation confirmation from the hotel. The provisions of the international hotel contract conditions apply. In the event of early departure, we have to charge the price for the entire duration of the stay.

In the case of an official border or hotel closure, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice.

We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance. It covers all cancellation costs in the event of an accident, the death of the insured person or his family members before the start of the holiday or during the stay. Please ask at the hotel - we will be happy to inform you accordingly.

At Hotel SEPP, anyone over the age of 21 is allowed in the sauna and swimming pool. At Hotel Eder the spa zone is open to anyone over the age of 16 and children of any age can enter the Kräutermoor.

If you’re flying here, then you’ll be landing in Salzburg (1 hour drive) or Munich (2 hour drive). The nearest railway station is in Saalfelden, about seven kilometres away from the hotels. We’ll even come and pick you up from there in person whenever we can, if you let us know in advance. And of course there are taxis as well as buses to Maria Alm.

Of course, you can buy vouchers. If you are a little creative you can even design your own voucher on our website. And choose whether you’d like to have it sent by email as a PDF or by good old mail. Perhaps that might take a little longer – but then again, the voucher will arrive in your letterbox beautifully packed inside a gift box.

If there isn’t any special remark, our vouchers are valid for one year after the date of issue. A conversion into cash is not possible.

Shattered nerves, sleepless nights and headaches at times. But don’t worry, we like kids. Depending on how old they are, you’ll be paying a maximum surcharge of 60 euros a night for them at the Hotel Eder, and sometimes you won’t pay anything at all. At Hotel SEPP, anyone over the age of 21 pays the same price. You’ll find the precise rates on our websites.

Reservations are valid only if they are in writing (fax, e-mail or mail). If you make a booking on our website, you will receive an email-confirmation. In winter we charge a deposit of 300 euros, in summer 150 euros. After receiving the deposit your reservation is valid. Conditions are according to the Austrian Hotel Contract terms. If there is a double booking we kindly asked you for your understanding, that we will favor the prior reservation. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee certain room numbers or floor levels.

There is a ski and bike storage, which can be locked in both hotels. At Hotel SEPP you even have your own in-room storage if you book a room in the sporty category.

At Hotel Eder the rooms are ready at 15:00 o’clock. If you arrive after 18:00 o’clock please let us know in advance. Check-out is at 11:00 o’clock. At Hotel SEPP you can check in starting at 15:00 o’clock, check-out is at 12:00. In winter we kindly ask you to plan your check-in and check-out dates on a weekend.

In both hotels single rooms cost 20 euros extra.

Both of our hotels are non-smoking hotels. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and public spaces. At the Hotel Eder there is a smoking area on the terrace and at Hotel SEPP you can smoke on one balcony on the Dachboden.
