The delicious and healthy breads are made yeast-free and without chemical additives. This gives the baked goods more flavor and keeps them fresh for a long time. At SEPP, however, the delicious bakery products don't last as long and are eaten while still smelling fresh at brunch. Fortunately, there's a daily supply from the bakery of the baker Bauer...

Jam from the Tyrolean Fruit Kitchen | Assling

The fruit kitchen "Unterweger Früchteküche" is a family business that has been run by the third generation since 1931. It all started with cranberries, before the increasing demand for local jams led to the expansion of the fruit processing plant and the product range. Nestled in the Lienz Dolomites, in an idyllic little East Tyrolean community, the Unterweger Früchteküche thus developed into a regional quality business. To this day, the family attaches great importance to the careful handling of the special scenic environment in order to produce products of the highest quality and special enjoyment.

Organic Eggs from Thomanhof | Saalfelden

Siegfried and Regina Imlauer completely rebuilt their certified organic farm in 2018. Instead of the former dairy farming, the family now focuses on laying hens. Thus, 18 dairy cows gave way to 1,600 domestic chickens. In addition to the generously proportioned laying hen house, the animals have access to an outdoor run in the summer. In winter, they also have access to a winter garden for plenty of exercise.
